To ensure your care is thorough and clearly documented, we don’t use email for medical advice or clinical questions. If you’ve sent a medical question, it will be added directly to your chart for Dr. Mischung to address at your next appointment.
If you need a prescription refill, please email us, and we’ll send you the refill request form.
Note: If you have not seen Dr. Mischung in the last 12 months, a follow-up appointment is needed before a prescription can be sent.
